Packages are usually shipped within 7 calendar days after receipt of payment for orders without logo printing, and within 21 calendar days after receipt of payment for orders with logo printing. All shipments are carried out through transport agencies.

Returns and Refunds
Orders without logo printing: we accept returns within 30 calendar days of receiving the order. Our courier will collect the items. To be accepted, items must be in the same condition and in the same packaging in which they were received. Return shipping costs are paid by the buyer, unless the wrong item was sent or there is a quality problem.
Orders with logo printing: we do not accept returns, unless the wrong item was sent or there is a quality problem, and always within 30 calendar days of receiving the order. Our courier will collect the items, which must be in the same condition and in the same packaging in which they were received. In these cases, return shipping costs are paid by Boxpack, S.L.
Refunds: the order amount is refunded using the same payment method used for the order, within 7 days of receiving the returned goods.
